Camphor Essential Oil Aromatherapy

Camphor essential oil, also known as white camphor essential oil, is extracted by steam-distilling the wood of the camphor tree. Camphor essential oil in aromatherapy is popular because its strong aroma helps ease breathing and promotes motivation and focus. It may also be used as a massage oil, though only when properly diluted with a carrier oil, such as jojoba oil or fractionated coconut oil. A massage with camphor essential oil can greatly help with soreness or strained muscles. The smell of camphor essential oil will also help you further relax as you work the knots out of your muscles. Try camphor essential oil for aromatherapy and experience the difference it can make!

Essential Oil Combinations with Camphor

Camphor essential oil blends well with basil, lavender, rosemary, and chamomile essential oils. Feel free to blend whatever essential oils you have available! Essential oil blending has no strict rules, and it is up to you to find which essential oil blend you prefer!
