Cypress essential oil, also known as Mediterranean Cypress, has a unique but relaxing aroma. Its scent is described as fresh and woodsy, which can help with calming and restoring emotional balance. To use cypress essential oil for aromatherapy, add a couple drops into a diffuser or vaporizer to fill your room with its aroma. It can also be diluted with a carrier oil (we recommend jojoba oil) to use cypress essential oil for massage. There are many different ways to experience all of the cypress essential oil therapeutic properties, you just need to find the one best suited for you!
Since cypress has a fresh aroma, it may be beneficial to blend cypress essential oil with other fresh and cool essential oils. Mixed with other fresh and cooling essential oils, such as eucalyptus essential oil and spearmint essential oil, you can make an easy inhalants to help open your sinuses and make it easier to breathe when you have a cold.
