Natural ingredients may vary significantly in scent, color, clarity, viscosity, texture, sediment, crystallization, and general appearance. Such variation does not, by itself, establish impurity, adulteration, dilution, misidentification, or the addition of fragrance, extracts, or colorants.
The buyer is solely responsible for conducting any identity, purity, allergen, compatibility, stability, preservation, safety, performance, and regulatory testing necessary for the buyer’s intended use. The buyer must not rely exclusively upon photographs, marketing descriptions, reviews, natural appearance, scent, comparisons with other suppliers, or assumptions concerning composition or performance.

OPO does not guarantee the authenticity, identity, composition, storage, or condition of products purchased from unauthorized sellers or other third parties.
Any complaint concerning identity, purity, fragrance, color, extracts, contamination, adulteration, damage, or mislabeling must be reported promptly. The buyer must preserve and provide the original product, container, closure, label, lot number, shipping packaging, proof of purchase, photographs, and a sufficient uncontaminated sample for investigation and scientifically appropriate testing. Failure to preserve this evidence may prevent OPO from verifying or resolving the complaint.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OPO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES THAT MAY LAWFULLY BE DISCLAIMED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. OPO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
