Organic Jojoba (ho-HO-ba) oil, also referred to as golden jojoba oil, is one of the most common cosmetic oils. It is a liquid wax even though many people know it as an oil! Because of its waxy nature, it is great at keeping the skin moisturized and hydrated throughout the day. People commonly use golden jojoba oil because of its similar composition to human sebum which allows it to moisturize better than other oils and also absorb better! The best method is to apply the oil when your skin is still moist. This way, the oil is able to seal in the hydration to keep your skin moisturized and supple all day! To use golden jojoba oil on your skin, pour out a quarter sized amount onto your palm and massage the oil into your skin. For best results, apply the oil to your skin after a shower or bath, when your skin is moist. The oils act as an occlusive layer on your skin to help keep the moisture in your skin from leaving, which helps reduce transepidermal water loss (TEWL).

Massage the oil into your scalp and beard hairs to nourish and restore dry, brittle hair and promote shine. use Jojoba oil in skincare by either mixing a couple of drops into your current moisturizer to give it a boost or using the oil straight out of the bottle. Many great hair oils have jojoba oil, argan oil, and emu oil as the base.

Shelf Life: Users can expect a shelf life of 2 years with proper storage conditions (cool, out of direct sunlight). It may go cloudy in cool conditions but will return to its natural state once warmed.

Natural ingredients may vary significantly in scent, color, clarity, viscosity, texture, sediment, crystallization, and general appearance. Such variation does not, by itself, establish impurity, adulteration, dilution, misidentification, or the addition of fragrance, extracts, or colorants.

The buyer is solely responsible for conducting any identity, purity, allergen, compatibility, stability, preservation, safety, performance, and regulatory testing necessary for the buyer’s intended use. The buyer must not rely exclusively upon photographs, marketing descriptions, reviews, natural appearance, scent, comparisons with other suppliers, or assumptions concerning composition or performance.

OPO shall have no responsibility for any product that has been opened, transferred, repackaged, relabeled, blended, diluted, formulated, heated, frozen, contaminated, improperly stored, resold, or otherwise modified after delivery. OPO does not guarantee the authenticity, identity, composition, storage, or condition of products purchased from unauthorized sellers or other third parties.

Any complaint concerning identity, purity, fragrance, color, extracts, contamination, adulteration, damage, or mislabeling must be reported promptly. The buyer must preserve and provide the original product, container, closure, label, lot number, shipping packaging, proof of purchase, photographs, and a sufficient uncontaminated sample for investigation and scientifically appropriate testing. Failure to preserve this evidence may prevent OPO from verifying or resolving the complaint.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OPO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES THAT MAY LAWFULLY BE DISCLAIMED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. OPO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. WHERE PERMITTED BY LAW, OPO’S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

THE BUYER ASSUMES ALL RISKS ARISING FROM MISUSE, UNAUTHORIZED CONSUMPTION, IMPROPER STORAGE, REPACKAGING, RESALE, FORMULATION, COMBINATION WITH OTHER MATERIALS, OR USE FOR A PURPOSE NOT EXPRESSLY APPROVED IN WRITING BY OPO.

Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived. If any provision is unenforceable, it shall be limited only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in effect.
