Cedarwood Hydrosol
Hydrosols, also known as floral waters, hydroflorates, flower waters, essential water, herbal water or distillates, have many uses for beauty, home, and more! Our organic hydrosols are produced by steam-distilling botanical material. They have similar properties to their essential oil counterparts, but are much less concentrated. Cedarwood hydrosol is made from the steam distillation process of making cedarwood essential oil. There are many uses for cedarwood hydrosol, such as as a body or facial spray, aromatherapy, room freshener and more! But what is so special about cedarwood hydrosol?
Uses for Cedarwood Hydrosol
Cedarwood Hydrosol has a woody and sweet aroma is soothing, and many people enjoy the scent in their homes and in skincare. While some regard cedarwood as a “masculine” scent, anyone can use it! Cedarwood Hydrosol can be used to help with relaxation and relieve tensions. Add cedarwood hydrosol to your bathwater to melt away your stress as you wash the day away. Or, you can use the spray on your body and face to tone your skin and add a hint of woodsy aroma! There are many uses for cedarwood hydrosol, you just need to find the one best for you!
Hydrosols are usually distilled once a year with the fresh harvest season. We try to contract for enough material to last between distillations, but we may run out of your favorite hydrosol before the next distillation season begins. Hydrosols should be kept in a cool, dark place. Refrigeration is recommended if you are not going to use your hydrosol quickly.
Shelf Life: Users can expect a shelf life of up to 2 year with proper storage conditions (cool, out of direct sunlight). Refrigeration is optional, but may extend the life of your hydrosol.

By purchasing, opening, possessing, handling, testing, formulating with, reselling, or using this product, the buyer acknowledges and agrees that the buyer has independently reviewed and accepted the product’s label, ingredient declaration, specifications, warnings, condition, and suitability for the buyer’s intended purpose.
Unless expressly labeled otherwise, all products are sold FOR EXTERNAL OR PROFESSIONAL FORMULATION USE ONLY—NOT FOR HUMAN OR ANIMAL CONSUMPTION. The buyer assumes responsibility for any use contrary to the product label, including ingestion, injection, inhalation, internal use, therapeutic use, or administration to humans or animals.
Products may contain the ingredients, extracts, fragrances, essential oils, colors, preservatives, antioxidants, carriers, processing aids, and other components identified in the applicable ingredient declaration or product documentation. Buyers must not assume that any product is single-ingredient, 100% pure, edible, fragrance-free, color-free, extract-free, preservative-free, allergen-free, or suitable for a particular use unless OPO expressly states that claim in writing for the specific product and lot.
Natural ingredients may vary significantly in scent, color, clarity, viscosity, texture, sediment, crystallization, and general appearance. Such variation does not, by itself, establish impurity, adulteration, dilution, misidentification, or the addition of fragrance, extracts, or colorants.
The buyer is solely responsible for conducting any identity, purity, allergen, compatibility, stability, preservation, safety, performance, and regulatory testing necessary for the buyer’s intended use. The buyer must not rely exclusively upon photographs, marketing descriptions, reviews, natural appearance, scent, comparisons with other suppliers, or assumptions concerning composition or performance.
OPO shall have no responsibility for any product that has been opened, transferred, repackaged, relabeled, blended, diluted, formulated, heated, frozen, contaminated, improperly stored, resold, or otherwise modified after delivery. OPO does not guarantee the authenticity, identity, composition, storage, or condition of products purchased from unauthorized sellers or other third parties.
Any complaint concerning identity, purity, fragrance, color, extracts, contamination, adulteration, damage, or mislabeling must be reported promptly. The buyer must preserve and provide the original product, container, closure, label, lot number, shipping packaging, proof of purchase, photographs, and a sufficient uncontaminated sample for investigation and scientifically appropriate testing. Failure to preserve this evidence may prevent OPO from verifying or resolving the complaint.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OPO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES THAT MAY LAWFULLY BE DISCLAIMED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. OPO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. WHERE PERMITTED BY LAW, OPO’S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
THE BUYER ASSUMES ALL RISKS ARISING FROM MISUSE, UNAUTHORIZED CONSUMPTION, IMPROPER STORAGE, REPACKAGING, RESALE, FORMULATION, COMBINATION WITH OTHER MATERIALS, OR USE FOR A PURPOSE NOT EXPRESSLY APPROVED IN WRITING BY OPO.
Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived. If any provision is unenforceable, it shall be limited only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in effect.
